C.L.U.E. stands for Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange
The
C.L.U.E. database tells the agent and insurance company
what claims you have filed in the past five years. The database
does not tell the insurance company what to do with the information.
Homebuyers may wish to ask the seller for a copy of the seller's
property C.L.U.E. report to learn about prior problems
with the property.
Federal law gives consumers the right to review their own
